In this exciting role as a Junior Marketing Project Manager you are responsible to co-develop and execute the National USA Marketing plans according to the global marketing strategy and objectives.

The following tasks apply to the job:
  • Work closely together with global marketing (HQ) and translate global strategy to local strategy to optimize local plans and required assets;
  • Work closely with the PR agency to ensure press coverage and media attention;
  • Execute successful new product launches;
  • Support retailers with optimal tools for representation of Joolz;
  • Responsible for developing communication content; journal postings, consumer newsletter and social media;
  • Monitor brand development, competition and market developments;
  • Organize and set up fairs, exhibitions and events.

Online Marketing

  • Online brand management, user experience and online + social advertising for the USA;
  • Online campaign management and the development of related materials;
  • Determine KPIs based on pre-determined online goals and their translation into reports and dashboards;
  • Integrate and optimize B2C CRM platform, incl. loyalty program;
  • Responsible for initiating & maintaining regional blogger connections and come up with new innovative ideas to reach out to the target audience and secure our reputation online.


The following criteria apply to the job:

  • Being a US Native, preferably living in the greater NY area;
  • BA / BS or equivalent education and experience in communications, marketing or PR;
  • 2 – 3 years of progressive marketing project management role;
  • Multitasking and organizational talent. Doing one thing at a time makes you yawn;
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • A mastery of Microsoft Office;
  • An appreciation of visual design principles for effective communication;
  • A flexible, independent and positive attitude, not willing to give up in case of resistance;
  • Enthusiastic, independent, proactive and structured go-getter;
  • A people person who thinks cross-disciplinary, before doing so;
  • Weekend- & evening working hours might occur occasionally.
