The Joolz Brand & Communication team is looking for a Global Brand Coordinator to join them at our Amsterdam HQ! The team consists of brand marketeers, a social media manager, and a creative brand studio. Together, we are responsible for what Joolz looks and sounds like globally.
As the Global Brand Coordinator, you will be the linchpin of the team. Organizing shoots, setting priorities for the creative studio, developing product launch campaigns & promotions and creating impactful POS. You do and know it all and have strong organizational skills.

Key responsibilities
You are Joolz' marketing retail expert. With the support of our Visual Merchandising & Trainer Manager, you will coordinate all POS activities; such as rollout of our in-store concept, and the development of specific POS for our product launches (i.e. windows, leaflets etc.);
Together with our Regional Marketeers, you will service our retailers by making sure they get all the information they need, training and marketing assets to promote & sell Joolz products (i.e. retail toolkits, training tools, marketing content on Bynder, colourswatches etc.);
You will develop impactful campaigns for our innovative product and brand launches;
You will support the team implementing Joolz' brand positioning and identity across the globe;
You will own all our regional promotions (i.e. Black Friday);
You will organize and manage our product and how to movies shoots;
You will prepare and support the team during lifestyle shoots;
You will brief our in-house creative brand studio and external creative agencies to create new concepts and assets;
You will manage the brand studios requests and workload, help them prioritize projects that come in (traffic management);
Overall, you will get to support the entire brand team in their responsibilities.

Your communication skills are excellent, are comfortable working in an international context and speak English perfectly;
Having a driver's license is a bonus.
