Online Marketeer

Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the commercial growth of the B2C e-commerce of Joolz in several European countries. You monitor and identify the online visitor behavior and you enhance with this. You make reports and analyses and translate this information into concrete (content) improvements on the sites and into proposals for online marketing campaigns. Experience with Wordpress and content creation and management is therefor needed. You make daily use of analytics packages. For improvements to the sites (webstore, website, social media channels) you will use A/B and multi-variation testing. You will be responsible for setting up the mail campaigns based on the different segments. Therefor your skills with Photoshop / html and Online content creation are important.

Your skills with SEA (adwords, retargeting, display advertisement) are important to manage the campaigns and you will expand and optimze these on daily basis.

Also, you are shared responsible for the development of the B2C CRM platform and know what the best approach is to increase our customer base in a creative way, for example through a still to be created loyalty program, and segmented communication.

The Online Marketeer is part of the Marketing Department and reports to the Marketing Director.

You are commercially responsible for:

  • Online brand management, user experience and online advertising for all countries

  • Content management and writing

  • SEA / SEO

  • Online campaign management and the development of related materials

  • Determine KPIs based on pre-determined online goals and their translation into reports and

  • Integrate and optimize B2C CRM platform, incl. loyalty program

  • Set up and manage A/B and multi-variation testing.

  • Adjust and distribute standard reports and proactive advice to other marketeers and senior management

Job requirements

  • Relevant bachelor/master degree for example, in Marketing/Commercial Economics
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Proven experience in building a valuable customer base and segmented communication
  • Experience with, at least, Google Analytics
  • Experience with A/B and multi-variation testing tools as VWO, Google Website Optimizer.
  • Possibly with extra experience concerning online marketing analysis, including eg. online acquisition campaigns, affiliate marketing
  • Experience in the field of SEO, SEA, competitive analysis and market research
  • Experience in measuring multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience with online design (html/css)
  • Excellent content writer
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in your field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Enthusiastic, independent, analytical, pro-active and structured go-getter
