Within the Customer Experience team, you will be focusing on B2B. In this role, you will be working closely with your colleagues of the Customer Experience team, the Supply department, and your sales colleagues of the regional teams. Furthermore, you will have a lot of contact with retailers, distributers, and warehouses that store our stock.
- Supporting the regional sales manager to make sure that together you reach the set targets
- Securing set agreements with customers
- Managing the client portfolio (maintain and build a good customer relationship, reply to customer questions, send updates about delivery times and stock status to back office)
- Managing everything concerning order processing (process incoming orders, ensure delivery of new product samples and sales material, etc.)
- Ensure correct logistics planning and correct invoicing of the delivered orders
